New Moon in Virgo Group Biofield Tuning Experience

The New Moon in Virgo offers us the perfect opportunity for an energetic reset. It is a great time for self-reflection and the setting of new intentions and goals, especially related to health and well-being.
Biofield Tuning is a therapeutic sound healing modality that uses tuning forks in the electromagnetic field surrounding the body, helping to rebalance and harmonize its energetic flow. Therapeutic sound can help relieve stress as well as calm and relax the nervous system.
You will be guided throughout this experience by Amy, who will tune into the collective energy of the group while using tuning forks to help participants ground and deeply relax. Through sound, breath, imagination and intention we will help release stuck energy and open up space in our bodies. Although you will be bathed in the frequency of the forks, this is not your typical soundbath! You will leave feeling relaxed, lighter, brighter and feeling more expansive.
Please be sure to drink plenty of water before and after the session, being well hydrated will help you to integrate the tuning.
Please bring whatever you need to be comfortable. A yoga mat, blanket, water, and journal are recommended. We have extra mats, blankets, and bolsters to use.
