Step into a space of profound peace and presence at our upcoming retreat at Dance Action Zone Leeds. This afternoon is a dedicated time for Community Connection and Artistic Expression, designed to harmonize your inner world through the ancient power of the mandala.
 
The spiritual significance of the Mandala represents wholeness—a cosmic diagram that reminds us of our relation to the infinite. We will begin our journey together with a Sacred Circle opening meditation, tapping into this spiritual heritage to set our intentions.
 
Under the artistic guidance of Ruth Catton, you will explore your creativity by painting a symbolic tea-light holder or revamping a vintage vinyl record. While our art settles, Resonance Within will lead you through gentle somatic movement, including light tapping and rhythmic shaking to release tension and ground the body.
 
To deepen your relaxation, we will also embark on a restorative Sound Therapy Journey, allowing the vibrations to wash over you, clearing the mind and integrating the day’s creative energy. 
 
We invite you to bring food or healthy snacks  to share as we gather for a communal break; refreshments will be provided.

Please bring a yoga mat, snuggle blanket, cushion, and anything else for the meditation and sound journey.
