As 2024 draws to an end take the opportunity to take time out and support your self care. This winter circle honours the Winter Solstice a time when slowly light starts to re-enter our lives. The evening includes gentle and natural ways to connect with Mother Earth with an offering of either Peruvian Ceremonial Cacao or locally foraged herbal tea. there will be journalling a guided meditation with drumming and gentle movement to awaken the body. Held in a beautiful yurt in West Sussex with candle light and a log burner. Soothe the soul as you end the year and settle your energy after the festivties of December.
Open to men and women beginners are welcome. Maximum group size is 10 people.
Ceremonial Cacao is gentle plant medicine it is said to open the heart centre balance the body and elevate mood. It is generally considered a safe and gentle plant. Foraged tea is offered as an alternative.
Refunds are unavailable on this event but you may transfer to another event if cancelling wthin 4 days of the workshop.
