The heart of this retreat is assemble healing weaving together the fragments of ourselves that we may have left behind in the rush of daily life. Our healing workshop is a sacred pause: a chance to explore breath, stillness, journaling, and gentle movement as tools for transformation. This is not about "fixing" — it's about remembering. Remembering the wisdom of your body, the clarity of your spirit, and the strength that comes when we heal in community.
