Join us for an experience that blends discussion and reflection with mindful movement. Each session, we'll explore inspiring and insightful texts related to yoga philosophy, mindfulness, personal growth, and well-being all meant to expand and support your yoga journey. Engage in lively discussions, connect with fellow yogis, and build community.
Each gathering is intentionally scheduled close to the New Moon, allowing us to harness its powerful energy for introspection and release. We'll be doing a themed yoga practice that is relevant. Expand your understanding, deepen your practice, and build community.
