**sunflower prelim winners or charming elite appointed title winners may practice for $50, they will recieve a participation award, feedback, and will not be scored against other participants**

- everything that basic + supreme get, plus entry for Ultimate Grand Supreme which gets $$$ in each mega breakdown!
