Going to try something new this month! A morning trail run!

Join runners of Bike Stop Cafe running team for a fun monthly trail run. The run will be roughly 5 miles, starting on the Katy trail and going out to Bangert Island. If you can’t make our 5:30 am start, feel free to park at the Bangert Island trailhead parking lot, and meet us at the overlook. Message April for details if you’re not familiar. Bangert Island is a relatively non-technical, beginner trail. We will meet for coffee hour specials at Bike Stop Cafe after the run! Please RSVP so we can plan accordingly! Can’t wait to see you out there!
