We will then circle back to the start point.Also during the day there will be some time for some navigation practice so remember to bring your map and compass, OS map – OL24, White Peak. There will also be time for a Q&A session to ask anything about walking.After the walk there will be a short car journey (10 minutes) to visit Arbor Low Stone Circle – often referred to as The Stonehenge of the north. A donation is required upon entry. He leads walks on behalf of the BMC and other organisations and is now working towards his Mountain Leader qualification.Alex has achieved the NNAS gold navigation award and the NNAS tutor award, and has completed many walking challenges, including a 50-mile challenge in 22 hours, which was self-navigated and completed in 18 hours.Alex mainly leads walks in the Derbyshire Peaks but also leads walks elsewhere.
