Korean Barbecue with Sticky Rice – learn how to prepare marinade for either skirt steak, chicken or tofu. Learn to prepare sticky rice and how to chop all of the accompaniments for a Korean Barbecue bowl, then make a butter tuile garnish for your dessert: Mountain Flour Strawberry Rhubarb sorbet. Includes sitting down for dinner with your classmates and taking home some of your own homemade korean barbecue marinade!Class includes your choice of one Crafthouse Cocktail or Lost Identity Mocktail, additional beverages available for purchase.(great class for vegetarians!)
