- **Event Description**: Immerse yourself in nature by joining us for a forest bathing experience. Led by Cindy Conlon (a forest bathing instructor certified through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy), this class will take place on Saturday 8/8/2026 from 8:30 am to 11:30 am.

Forest bathing is all about getting in tune with your body as you slow down and focus on the details of the forest that surround you. This program is made extra special by the fact that it is the first ever guided walk led on Wisconsin's first certified forest bathing trail!

Bathrooms will be available at Trees For Tomorrow before we head to our field location. Participants are encouraged to wear weather appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes. Water bottles are recommended.

This Tara Lila sponsored program is FREE to the public, although pre-registration is required, and spaces are limited. Forest Bathing is suggested for participants 15 years of age and older. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
