Want to show off your grill skill?  Check in with the Registration Booth on Friday to register your tent for the cookoff.  Our resident celebrity chef, Jose Diaz, will be judging food starting at 7:00PM and selecting his winners after 8:00PM.  Pro Tip: the judge loves Tequila shots.
