? Join us for an intimate retreat on the peaceful shores of Shuswap Lake, hosted in the beautiful Seymour Arm of British Columbia. 

 ?‍♀️ Hosted by myself, LJ YogaNature and co-hosted by artist Joanne Dennis, Sacred Summer is a gathering for women who feel called to connect — to nature, to creativity, to spirit, and to other like-minded women.  

? With fewer than 10 participants, this retreat offers a deeply personal and supportive experience. ?

☯️ Over 3 days we will move, reflect, swim, create, hike, and rest — surrounded by forest and lake.

 ?‍♀️ Yoga & Meditation
Daily practices will include:
* Hatha Yoga
* Flow Yoga
* Yin Yoga
* Guided Meditation
* Yoga Nidra

All levels are welcome; this is about presence, not performance.

?Water & Nature
* Lakeside swimming
* Forest bathing
* Guided hikes waterfall adventure
* SUP boards available for playful use
* Optional guided SUP Yoga session
* Free time to explore, journal, or simply rest

? This is a rustic, natural setting. Expect fresh air, starry skies, and time offline.

* Macramé workshop
* Guided journaling
* Opening and closing circles
* Fireside evenings
* EFT Tapping 
* Spacious downtime to connect organically

*Shared or private options; also add an extra person to share your queen-sized bed for $150.00.  

?This retreat embraces a relaxed, rustic atmosphere while offering comfort and warmth at a very affordable price starting at only $400.00 for the shared glamping experience. 

?Nourishment
Wholesome, healthy meals will be provided throughout the weekend. Meals are thoughtfully prepared and can accommodate special dietary needs and sensitivities.

 Intimate by Design
☕️This retreat is intentionally limited to fewer than 10 women to preserve depth, connection, and spaciousness.
