Convos w/ Co-Ops

We've all been there: You just submitted an offer and the agent on the other side hits you with a, "I've been doing this for 30+ years," or a listing agent that refuses to pick up your phone, or a buyers agent that doesn't ever give clear answers.

For the good of our industry as a whole, it's always best to continue to work on our communication skills. Whether you're the buyers or listing agent, your ability to communicate effectively with the other parties involved makes a huge part in getting deals to the closing table.

This training will cover real life scenarios, unique offer presentations, how to stand your ground without being rude, and so much more. You'll walk away with action items to implement into your buz right away and some items to think a little more about.
