Eine gewagte Verkostung… Premiumwein wird offensichtlich sehr unterschiedlich definiert. 
Während hierzulande Premiumqualität von der Weinwirtschaft definiert und von Weintrinkern akzeptiert wird, gelten andernorts ganz andere Standards. 
Wir öffnen an diesem Abend 6 Weine. Einige, die nach unserer Meinung die Bewertung als Premiumwein verdienen, und einige, die nach Publikationen der Weinwirtschaft als Premium eingestuft werden. Dabei kommt es hoffentlich zu einer regen Diskussion über Sinn oder Unsinn solcher Einstufungen.
Dazu werden Wasser, Brot und kleine Schmankerl gereicht.

Teilnehmerzahl: min. 5, max. 12 Personen
Teilnahmegebühr: 39 € per person

A daring tasting... Premium wine is obviously defined in very different ways. 
While in this country premium quality is defined by the wine industry and accepted by wine drinkers, elsewhere completely different standards apply. 
We will be opening six wines this evening. Some that we believe deserve to be classified as premium wines, and some that are classified as premium according to publications by the wine industry. Hopefully, this will lead to a lively discussion about the sense or nonsense of such classifications.
Water, bread and small delicacies are served to accompany the tasting.
