We start with gentle Yoga which becomes our Somatics. We quickly reduce stress symptoms through these gentle movements and allow ourselves to cosy up in our blankets, jumpers hats and dry robes to fall into a deep softening into limitless space. This is Yoga Nidra.
Our Nidra revives your commitment to your own wellness and helps set yourself as a priority. We end with a light snack to warm body and mind.
