How is that belief showing up in my life and leadership?Our relationship with money is never only about money. It is connected to our identities, cultures, family systems, dreams, systemic and individual limitations, and sense of worth and belonging. As women professionals navigating leadership roles, we may be skilled at negotiating for others, managing organizational budgets, and making strategic financial business decisions, while still avoiding personal introspection and growth around our personal relationship with money.We make decisions about our resources every day—what we ask for, accept, give away, and invest in, and what we believe is possible for ourselves.
