These will include bird nest box making, dead-hedge laying, habitat development and helping to develop a tree ID trail.The final session in the series will focus on tree ID. We will walk to one of the quieter areas of the reserve where we will learn about ways to identify tree species. We will also make some ID tags to hang on the trees to help others to improve their tree ID skills. Following this, we will return to the centre for a tea or coffee and a workshop discussion where we will consider ways we can use outdoor interactions, lifestyle options and life hacks to help reduce the risk of dementia.
