The event runs from 7pm-10pm and is alcohol free. A separate space is available in addition to the main hall to support attendees with their access needs.Sharing food is a core part of the event, and all food made at the space will be vegan. We are skilled at working with complex dietary requirements. When you book your place, there is a question about dietary or other requirements. However, please let us know in the sign up form if you would like to bring your own food.We have chosen a large well-ventilated space and will have a medical-grade air filter running to enable vulnerable members of the community to attend. We ask you to help keep everyone safe and follow our illness guidelines. Do not attend the event if you feel unwell, even if you have a negative COVID LFT test. Even the common cold can have a huge impact on some people. We encourage attendees to take an LFT before the event, even if you feel well. LFTs will be available for free on the door, and you are welcome to take one home to use in advance of the next event. We will also have FFP3 masks for you to use if desired.We are now holding a newbie half hour, starting at the hall at 6:30pm before general admission at 7pm. If you've been to Transoup before, please turn up at 7pm.
