This session, provides concepts, ideas and interactive productive space for understanding and applying the dynamics of change in organizations from a systems perspective.
The workshop will be of particular relevance for individuals grappling with the challenges of leading and influencing transformation agendas and shifting organizations and cultures from traditional mechanistic organizations to integrated health care systems.
