Kalma Life brings a fresh approach to yoga by adding sensory play, dance, and games to keep kids of all ages interested and involved.


Aimed at children aged 3+ and their families, but open to all.

It's free, and there's no need to book; just come along on the day. Normal admission applies.

Ask at admissions to find the activity on the day. There’ll be 30 spaces available; arrive early to make sure you get a yoga mat.

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes you can move in. Make sure they are suitable for the weather. Feel free to bring a bottle of water too.

Winding, narrow or uneven paths make some areas inaccessible to wheelchair users. Let us know if you have any access needs on the day.
