I’m offering a two-day, in-person immersion in April designed to help you move from thinking onto the page… to sensing onto the page.

Sensory Writing: Embodied Awareness Across Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual Experience

Over the course of eight immersive hours, we’ll explore how expression deepens when we intentionally shift into a more receptive internal state. Through guided prompts and structured meditative practices, you’ll work with embodied sensation and expanded perception in a grounded, practical way.

This is not a literary technique class.
It is an awareness practice.
