Our 10k Run Club Training is perfect for those who can already run about 5k. We'll help you double that distance in 8 weeks!
Whether you want to train for a race, run farther, run faster, simply run for fun, we have options for you! Meet new running buddies as you improve your health and fitness. Routes are stroller friendly if you want or need to bring your kiddo along for the ride. Our running coaches will help you improve your health and fitness, and connect with other runners. We will be training for the Old Reliable 10k on November 3rd. Running the race is optional!
Program includes weekly coached live runs as well as online coaching and personalized training plan.
Live Group Runs are on Sundays starting at 8am at Herndon Park from September 1st- October 20th.
