Join Reiki Masters Deborah Page and Katie Cavenagh in the SoulShine Salt Cavern for a deep restorative session. Relax in gravity chairs and receive balancing energy while releasing stress and tension. Breathe in the salt and allow it to cleanse and detoxify.

Reiki – This gentle energy healing is channeled through the hands. Each participant will receive a short, hands-on reiki boost from Deborah. This helps balance and clear the energy system. Distance reiki will be sent through the gongs by Katie.

Salt – 45 minutes of salt (Halotherapy) will also assist in detoxifying the body and reducing stress. Breathe in the fine salt crystals that are released into the air. Enjoy being surrounded by walls and a floor of pink Himalayan salt.

Sound – Vibrational frequencies dislodge stuck or stagnant energy. Various instruments played alongside the gongs provide a soundscape designed to balance and reset the mind, body, and energy field. Let the sound help you relax and heal.

Bring a blanket, water, and anything else that you need for comfort. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to get yourself set up. Space is limited to 10, and a reservation is required. Please note that WHITE OR LIGHT SOCKS must be worn in the salt cave.
