Reiki & Rhythm

Join me for a unique healing experience featuring a live soundscape as well as personalized reiki. Angela from Stillroot & Solace Wellness will also be present and offering reiki and sound.

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a variety of soothing instruments designed to calm your nervous system and heal at a cellular level.

No prior experience necessary with sound or reiki healing- come as you are with curiosity and prepare to relax!

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and/or blankets to lay on, and water. An eye mask is also highly recommended for the experience to enable you to go deeper (and block out the light in the room).
