To date, we’ve fulfilled over 4,000 wish lists for children and young adults undergoing long-term treatment for serious conditions such as cancer, sickle cell disease, and other complex illnesses. These patients, from infancy to age 25, often remain hospitalized for more than 60 days and are significantly immunocompromised, making emotional support and comfort especially critical.Preston’s League was inspired by a courageous young boy named Preston, who spent 498 days inpatient between Texas Children’s Hospital and Duke Children’s Hospital. Through every challenge, Preston’s love for life and his family never wavered. His spirit and smile brought light to even the darkest days, reminding us of the power of love and resilience. Born from his journey—and countless nights watching Justice League—our mission is to ease the emotional and financial strain of long hospital stays and give families the gift of time: time to focus on what matters most—being together, loving, and healing.By participating in this silent auction, you help us continue Preston’s legacy.
