Transport your hands (and taste buds) to Sardinia in this hands-on pasta class celebrating the Italian island’s rustic cooking traditions and learn how to make unique regional pasta.We’ll start from scratch with fresh semola pasta dough then roll and form malloreddus— Sardinian gnocchetti—served alla Campidanese -  a savory sausage and saffron sauce inspired by the Campidano region.We will eat together at the end of class with a pasta tasting of what we made!Menu highlights:Fresh Semola Pasta DoughMalloreddus (Sardinian Gnocchetti) alla Campidanese Culurgiones - Potato Stuffed Sardinian Ravioli with a tomato sauceWe eat what we make! Note: This is typically enough pasta for a light to medium sized meal.Classes are held at IL LABORATORIO - our new pasta making kitchen located at 3101 Guess Rd.
