This is a hands-on workshop designed for both novice and seasoned cooks looking to explore the rich flavors of authentic Italian cuisine.

Participants will learn all the steps in how to create their very own Lasagna.

In this immersive workshop, you will:

• Craft fresh pasta dough and roll it into delicate lasagna sheets.
• Learn how to make a rich meat ragu and a besciamella sauce
• Master the layering technique for a lasagna that’s balanced & flavorful

All classes are hands-on. Everything will be made from scratch and by hand.

Classes are held at IL LABORATORIO - a new cooking class kitchen located at 3101 Guess Rd. All participants receive a Class Recipe Book via email after the class with the recipes from the class.

Daniela is a 1st generation Italian American who moved to NC from Clearwater, Florida where she grew up in her family’s Italian market. That is where Daniela grew a love for baking, cooking and hospitality. She now owns her own businesses Ds Corner Kitchen, where she offers weekly meal prep services. She also owns Baked By D and loves keeping Italian traditions alive by offering classic Italian baked good. Having baked a long side her Italian mother for most of her life, she is excited to share everything she’s learned over the years with people who attend her Italian cookie classes.
