Save the date! We are excited to announce that our 2026 Larp Community Organizers Retreat will be held in-person on September 11-13th, 2026 at the Avila Center in Durham, North Carolina.. For those new and old, this is our yearly event designed by larp organizers for larp organizers, to talk, learn, share, laugh, and cry about the unique challenges and rewards of organizing for larp. This event is open to all who identify as larp community organizers, whether current or prospective, formal or informal. 

We can host up to 40 people for this event, and the price will be between $300-400 per person.  The final price will depend on the total number of sign-ups; more attendees will reduce the cost, so please spread the word! Our site is roughly 30 minutes from Raleigh-Durham Airport.
