This is 3 HOURS of energy, community and challenge 💪

Join us on Saturday 25th April at Sacriston Workmen’s Club for our LIVE WELL Fitness Fundraiser to raise funds for our FREE CHILD PLAY sessions

From 1pm–4pm we’ll be bringing you a selection of fitness classes including ROCKBOX and Clubbercise and more!

You can take on the full 3-hour challenge OR drop into individual sessions — whatever works for you. There’ll be regular breaks, loads of encouragement and an atmosphere that will carry you through 🙌
