Declaration of Independence Reading & Time Capsule Committal Ceremony

The America 250 Committee will host a 2-part ceremony consisting of a Declaration of Independence reading and the committal of a 50-year time capsule. The capsule is to be opened by the people of Durham on America’s Tricentennial in July of 2076.
