Creative Flash - Outdoor Workshop in Durham City Centre
This workshop is aimed at DSLR and CSC/mirrorless camera owners who'd like to learn how to use flash. To be able to benefit from this workshop, you need to be comfortable with aperture/shutter priority or full manual mode.
You'll cover both on and off-camera flash technique, and you'll need to bring your own flash. If you have a wireless trigger, that would be useful too. Ask me, if you'd like advice on buying equipment.
We'll meet in a location in Durham City Centre. I'll let you know the exact details of this a couple of days before the workshop, because it's dependent on photography conditions, who will be attending, and specifics of what people want from the workshop.
The workshop will take place in low light, starting after sunset, so it'll give us opportunities to practise a range of techniques.
Numbers are restricted to 10 photographers, so that you get plenty of individual support.
Please note that in order to keep prices down, bookings are non-refundable if you're unable to come (but it may possible to transfer it to someone else, upon request). In the event of adverse weather, the workshop will be postponed, and you will be offered suitable alternatives.
Book early to secure your place. I only have limited time at weekends, so it might be a while before I'm able to run this one again.
