200m Swim /5km Cycle / 2.5km Run.
Open to anyone from 8yrs and up.

-Super Sprint
400m Swim / 10km Cycle / 2.5km Run.
Open to anyone 12yrs and up.

-Sprint Triathlon / Teams
750m Swim / 20km Cycle / 5km Run.
Open to anyone 15yrs and up.

-Sprint Duathlon
5km run / 20km Cycle / 2.5km Run
Open to anyone 16 yrs and up.

-Challenge Triathlon / Teams
1.2km Swim / 32km Cycle / 10km Run.
Open to anyone 16yrs and up.
