- **Event Description**: Over the past few years, we’ve poured our hearts, time, and personal finances into bringing our community a FREE 4th of July fireworks experience at Circle P Ranch.
What started as a small hometown show has grown into something far bigger than we ever imagined. This year, we had plans to bring you an Independence Day celebration unlike anything we’ve ever done before.
Unfortunately, after months of planning, meetings, and preparation, we were unable to secure the permits needed for the larger venue in Polk City. With the timeline we were given, there simply wasn’t enough time to relocate and rebuild the event elsewhere at that scale.

Rather than cancel the tradition entirely, we made the decision to bring the show back home to Circle P Ranch and keep it alive the best way we know how.

Here’s the reality…
These events have grown to the point where we simply can’t continue funding them completely out of pocket while keeping them free to attend. Every year the production gets larger, safer, and more professional, but so do the costs.
Because of the limited space at the ranch, attendance will be capped at approximately 600–700 guests. Tickets will be $40 per adult, while children 16 and under are FREE.
In order for this event to happen, we must pre-sell 375 tickets by May 31st. If we do not hit that goal, every single ticket purchase will be fully refunded, but the show however will not be able to be put on...

100% of ticket proceeds go directly toward making this event happen:
• Fireworks
• Production
• Safety crews
• Equipment
• Entertainment
• Event operations
• ETC 

This isn’t about making money. It’s about keeping a growing hometown tradition alive.

With that being said, if we can meet our goal in ticket sales and get this show funded, we will still be bringing one heck of a 4th of July celebration to Circle P Ranch!

We’re talking:
? A massive fireworks finale synchronized to music
? Music and entertainment throughout the event
? Food trucks and great local vendors
? Beer and cocktails for the adults
? Bounce houses, inflatables, and activities for the kids
? Costume Contest
? Giveaways and raffles 
?‍?‍?‍? A family-friendly atmosphere with that true hometown feel

Gates open at 3 PM, so come early, bring your chairs, spend the afternoon with friends and family, and celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with us the right way!
We truly believe in what this event has become, and we have faith our supporters will help us carry it forward into the future.
