Let’s talk about bladder leaks for a minute.
Because despite how common they are… no one ever really teaches us why they happen or what to do about them.
Leaking with sneezing, jumping, laughing or urgency is common but it’s not something you just have to “live with” forever. There are reasons it’s happening, and there are ways to retrain your system.
That’s exactly what we’ll be doing in the 4 Weeks to Dry Pants series a small group, education-forward workshop designed to help you:
✨ Understand how bladder control actually works
✨ Learn how your breath, core + pelvic floor coordinate
✨ Build habits that make leaking less frequent (or stop altogether)
✨ Move with more confidence in your daily life
