The Wells Group’s 40th Anniversary - A Community Celebration

The Wells Group Real Estate Brokerage is celebrating its 40th Anniversary serving Durango and the greater Southwest Colorado area!

We’re hosting a free community event in Buckley Park:
June 20, 2025

Live music: 4-5pm The Bulldoggers & 6-8pm Ralph Dinosaur
Drinks, food, and a kids corner

This event benefits United Way and the Boys & Girls Club as just two organizations that continually uphold our community’s pillars. Since 1985, this independent and locally owned company has grown into the La Plata County Market Leader in buying and selling property, but never lost sight of the reason living here is so great: the community. The owners, brokers, staff, and families of The Wells Group extend a huge thank you to the clients, businesses, and residents of our beautiful area for allowing us to continue our business for four decades, and we look forward to many more.
