Come meet the humans behind the helping professions.

Studio B’s therapists, behavioral health providers, health coaches, movement specialists, and nutrition experts will be hanging out at The Black Heron for a different kind of happy hour.

Sit down with a provider for 3–5 minutes and ask ONE question. Then rotate to someone new. Ask everyone the same question and hear different perspectives—or bring a different question to every conversation.

Wondering how to find the right therapist? Curious about anxiety, relationships, motivation, stress, movement, nutrition, habits, or simply how to feel better in your own life? Ask us.

And if speed dating isn’t your thing? That’s completely fine. Come have a drink or mocktail, meet people, listen, hang out, and enjoy the evening. Participation is optional and the event is open to everyone.

Because getting support shouldn’t feel intimidating.

We all need help sometimes. We all benefit from good coaches, teachers, guides, and supportive humans in our corner.
