This 4 - hour class teaches the basics of food safety. Topics covered include personal hygiene, pathogens, cross contamination (and prevention of), safe food temperatures including cooking, cooling and reheating, and appropriate techniques for cleaning and sanitizing. Upon completion of the class, participants will receive a Safe Food Handler Certificate.
