- **Event Description**: Pepin County Historical Society president Matt Sam will present Genealogy 101: Getting Started with Family History Research on Saturday, February 28th at the Pepin County Heritage Center from 10am to Noon.

Matt has been researching his genealogy since 2012 and researched and added over 14,000 relatives in his family tree through the use of numerous resources. He is excited to share some strategies and tips to getting started with your family tree through both physical and digital resources. This will be a beginner level course. Handouts will be provided.

Price is $5 for PCHS members and $10 for regular registration.
