JUST 55minutes from the centre of Sydney! This Retreat is Ideal for daughters aged 8-14 years. The weekend offers a beautiful opportunity for each mother and daughter to spend intentional, quality time together—strengthening their bond through fun, creative workshops, time in nature, and relaxed moments shared within a safe, supportive Mother-Daughter tribe. These weekends were born from the inspiration of our own daughters—who now return as mentors—and from the many mothers and daughters who have attended since 2013. We’re deeply grateful to each and every one of them, especially those who return year after year to share in this experience. WEEKEND PROGRAM outline -YOGA/Movement.. mother daughter partner. -Optional morning Pilates for mums while our work on a surprise. -Mother Daughter Collaboration of a Creative Art -- TBA This creative workshop is always a playful journey of the mother daughter dynamic as we create a memory AND a beautiful piece of craft/art. The project will reflect the age/stage of the daughters booked. -Henna Art/Face Painting. -Dance, Singing, Bushwalking. -Swimming AND sauna opportunities. FURTHER PROGRAM DETAILS TBA it is always a wonderful balance of FREE time and ORGANISED fun! Private Rooms with Ensuites! ( Going FAST!) or Glamping TENT with a deck and shared bathroom. Dietary requirements can be catered for with advance notification only. PLEASE NOTE- Spaces will only be saved on full payment confirmation and completion of registration.
