This retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften, reconnect with your breath and rediscover the stillness within.


Retreat leader Chetana Meehan has been guiding yoga, breathwork, meditation and sacred sound retreats for over 16 years, creating warm and deeply restorative spaces grounded in the authentic teachings of yoga.


Joined by Mignon Mukti, the retreat will also include beautiful sacred sound experiences, kirtan and a deeply nourishing sound healing journey.


Whether you’re completely new to chanting or longing to deepen your Nāda Yoga practice, this retreat offers a soulful reset for your whole being.


You’ll be guided through:

🍃 Nāda Yoga, exploring the ‘do re mi’ of Classical Indian singing, meditative toning practices and sacred mantra

🍃 Gentle yoga to release tension, support the body and restore vitality

🍃 Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation, healing and replenishing energy

🍃 Sound healing journeys for deep rest and recalibration

🍃 Breathwork and meditation practices to calm the mind and reset the nervous system

🍃 Kirtan and voice practices to reconnect with expression, joy and inner freedom
