Just 10 minutes from Kanata North - join us at a quiet location in Dunrobin to unwind and recharge with Nocturne Sacred Rest - Sound Bath.

This in-person event invites you to immerse yourself in soothing sound waves designed to calm your mind and relax your body. Perfect for those looking to escape the daily hustle and embrace some peaceful vibes. Join us for a night of deep rest and rejuvenation — you deserve it!

Crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and other percussive instruments will be used.

Tea and light snacks will be served after the sound session concludes.

What to bring:

yoga mat
a blanket or two
water bottle
eye pillow/mask if you wish
anything else to make yourself comfortable


About the facilitator: Tara is an Ottawa-born yoga teacher and sound practitioner who has spent over 15 years holding safe, intentional space for people on their wellness journey.
