Light up the trail – Tuesday Night Run & Connect

With the time change and the sun setting earlier, we’ll be meeting at 5:45pm so we can start on time and finish safely. Since it will get dark during the run, please bring a headlamp, light-up vest, or reflective gear so we’re visible on the trail!

We will do a casual 2–3 mile out-and-back run (feel free to go whatever distance feels best for you!) All ages and paces welcome! We’ll start with a light warm-up stretch, head out together, and enjoy movement, fresh air, and community!

Bring:
🔦 Headlamp or running lights/reflective vest
💧 Water (still warm-ish out!)
🧘‍♀️ Towel or mat for stretching
👟 Your usual running gear
