Winter Solstice Sunrise Sauna

Join us for a communal 90-minute sunrise sauna. When the mornings are dark and the days are short, step into the heat, breathe deep, let the fire within rise. Emerge renewed, awake, and alive as the first light breaks the horizon.

Choose from three sessions held over the winter solstice, 19th–21st December.

Invigorating salt scrub ritual to exfoliate your skin and awaken the senses

Candlelight & fire pit, enjoy the glow of fire and flame as the first light of dawn returns.
