Join the Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation on Friday, November 14 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the SUNY Fredonia Center for Innovation and Economic Development (214 Central Ave., Dunkirk) for an open house celebration of community, connection, and impact.
