Reconnect with yourself.A full day of deep breathwork, somatic healing and nervous system regulation — exploring the roots of relationship patterns and emotional conditioning.4.9 Google · 39+ reviews · Limited to 12 people · Dunkeld home venue · Klarna availableThe people-pleasing that never quite goes away. The difficulty receiving without guilt. The feeling of never being quite enough. The patterns in relationships that keep repeating. The sense of responsibility for everyone else's feelings. Many of the ways we relate to ourselves and others were shaped very early. This day explores those deeper roots.About This DayThis full-day experience explores the patterns shaped by early relationships — through the body, not the mind.Rather than analysing the past, the work happens directly through somatic release and breathwork — allowing stored emotion, tension and inherited patterns to move and reorganise.Alongside the breathwork we work with shamanic drumming, tuning forks, bioresonance harmonisation, cacao, scent, subtle energy work and movement to support emotional processing and nervous system balance. No breathwork experience needed. You are guided through everything. You remain in control throughout. The Two JourneysJourney One — Healing the Mother WoundAn extended, deeply immersive breathwork journey exploring inherited patterns, emotional imprinting, inner-child dynamics and generational conditioning. Allows suppressed grief, anger or tension to move through the body safely and consciously.Journey Two — Down Regulation and RegenerationA restorative breathwork journey to calm and stabilise the nervous system, allowing the body to integrate and settle after the deeper work of the morning. This Day Is For You IfYou recognise relationship patterns that seem to repeatYou struggle with people-pleasing, over-giving or difficulty receivingYou carry unresolved emotions connected to early family dynamicsYou're drawn to deep somatic work rather than purely talking-based approachesYou want to interrupt inherited patterns and reconnect with a stronger sense of selfWhat's IncludedFull day facilitation — 10am to 7pmTwo full 9D Breathwork journeysShamanic drumming, tuning forks and bioresonance harmonisationCeremonial cacao, movement and integrationSoup and bread lunch, refreshments and snacksMats, blankets and eye masks providedMaximum 12 peopleInstructionsPlease arrive 15 minutes before the session starts so you have time to get settled. Most of the day will be held indoors.
