- **Event Description**: Have you wanted to learn more about how to support your immune system naturally?

Come join me in my Winter Wellness Workshop and gain knowledge and hands-on experiencing making your own all natural, immune-boosting herbal medicines!

In this workshop we will create TWO herbal medicines for you to take home which you can use to support yours and your family's health throughout the winter season and beyond.

First, we will create an Elderberry Syrup, which is a great immune support and can help to stop a virus in its tracks! It's also very tasty and safe for children to take.

Second, you will create your own Fire Cider, a type of aromatic infused vinegar that can help boost the immune system and relieve cold and flu systems.

We will be making these medicines as a group, so you will be guided through the entire process, and provided with PDF recipes so that you can continue to make these medicines as often as you'd like.

We will have a break half way though, and hot drinks and biscuits will be provided.

This is an opportunity to connect more deeply with nature, the old ways, and take control over your own health!


The exchange for this event is £25 per person.
