A small-group workshop exploring spiral organisation through the body, with the axial matrix, hips and feet offering the main doorway into Earth Flow.

Rooted in my study of the 5 Filaments Spiral Syllabus of Karen Kirkness and Célina Hwang, this workshop is an invitation to move, sense, notice, connect and integrate through grounding, support, yielding, responsiveness and whole-body spiral relationship.

This is subtle, embodied, awareness-led work that invites us to explore how grounding and opening live together in the body. Through guided movement and felt experience, we’ll approach the body not as separate parts, but as a connected whole.

Expect a gentle yet deep practice with space for curiosity, exploration, rest, and integration. Less about “getting it right”, more about listening, discovering, and allowing movement to unfold in a more connected way.

No prior experience is needed — only curiosity and a body to arrive with.
