Greening Service

The Greening Service is on Sunday 30th November at 10.30am. This is also the First Sunday in Advent.

The Christmas Tree will be up and the service will add additional elements of decoration as the worship space is slowly decorated for the Advent and Christmas season.

This service will again be an opportunity to support the FASS Community Drug Service. This first-tier entry service supports service users and their families through difficult and traumatic experiences. Service users are directed to their services by local GPs, and substance abuse includes alcohol and painkillers. ADAPT aims to help people affected by drug and alcohol-related problems to improve their quality of life, by offering equitable and accessible services throughout Fife. Counselling is offered to individuals and to their families, along with information and education that hope to break the cycle of behaviour.

Please consider bringing a gift of either a gift voucher (preferably from Primark, Argos, Farmfoods or Sports Direct) or a small, wrapped gift for children within the age groups 0-4, 5-9 or 9-15. Wrapped gifts should be clearly labelled with the intended age and the contents so that the ADAPT Service can identify an appropriate recipient. Gifts can also be given unwrapped with a supply of wrapping paper, and it will be wrapped later.
