The group extends an invitation to adults with autism, ADHD and AuDHD to join them for an informal gathering. It’s an opportunity for neurodivergent adults in Dunfermline and surrounding areas, to make friends, feel less socially isolated, exchange ideas and informal advice.

Tea and coffee will be provided, and if you’re able to bring along a wee packet of biscuits to share with friends, then that would be great.

If you prefer not to mingle, because you feel socially awkward, then that is equally fine. No one will be judging you, it’s all about being “in the room” with like minded people and feeling comfortable and safe.
