- **Event Description**: Specialist yoga for pregnancy, labour and birth, suitable for all levels/abilities from 14 weeks. 
Classes work with :-physical practices to stretch, strengthen, & balance to alleviate aches and pains, and prepare the body for labour and birth; simple breathing techniques  & breath work to focus, manage discomfort, release & let go; and deep relaxation to rest, restore and bond with your growing baby inside.

Classes are inclusive, relaxed and welcoming.
Spaces are limited so please let us know if you want to attend and we can forward you a booking form.
* Cost is as follows:
$160 for 10 week term pass
$90 for 5 week class card (to be used within 1 term)
$20 casual/drop-in class
(catch up classes possible if space in other class)
Bring a mat along you have one, and wear comfortable clothes easy to move in.
